Cantores Literati are putting together a chamber group of 12-16 singers to sing some lush Tomkins and Purcell at evensong on Tuesday 13 July (and possibly Monday 12th).
Can confirm this is Tuesday 13th only.
We have 12 takers so far, so if you’re up for it, there are about 4 places left.
Music is to be:
- Tomkins responses
- Parsons Great Service
- Praise our Lord, all Ye Gentiles - Byrd
There will be a rehearsal on the previous Monday evening and we will meet at some point on Tuesday afternoon to run it in the cathedral.
