For those who I haven’t yet sounded out, we’ve been invited to sing the services at Bristol Cathedral on 5th and 6th April. All welcome.
I’ve heard from *just* enough people now to say “yes” — hurrah! — but would like loads more of you to come!
For your diaries: weekend may include a Friday rehearsal, definitely a Friday party. Services are 3.30 evensong on Saturday and Sunday and 10am Eucharist on Sunday. Singing finished by 4.30 both days.
Here is who we’ve got so far:
Sop: Caroline, Angharad, Liz B, Jane, Nadia, Emma S; Alto: Emily, Jo, Alice (Fri/Sun), Laura, Eve; Tenor: Dr Ian, David Carter; Bass: Ben, Eric, Nigel, Chris (?) Ed (Sunday), Robert (Saturday), Tim/Richard/Huw (as and when not playing/conducting).
Ideally, people will come and do the whole thing Friday-Sunday (it makes life so much easy for me, really!) but let me know if would like to wangle something and we’ll see.
