I’ve reserved 16 places and have been asked to send them a deposit this week.

If you’re still not sure of your status, that’s fine - a few more spaces may be available (just not guaranteed); let me or Ian know if your plans change.

If you could send me this modest deposit of £20 then that would grand - I know it’s a bind putting things in the post but it will really help us:
(i) Reserve the accommodation
(ii) Nail down who really intends to come!
